The Department Email Request form is for internal FHSU employees only. The purpose of email requests is to provide beneficial information to alumni on behalf of departments or groups. Types of email requests include department newsletters and event invitations. The Alumni Office reviews each request to determine if the proposed email aligns with our outreach efforts and will suggest or make edits to content accordingly.

All requests take a minimum of 15 – 20 business days to process and send.  Please take this into consideration when completing your request. Before submitting your request, we encourage you to thoroughly review the submitted materials for grammar and spelling or work with the FHSU Writing Center.
