Cebula announced as new FHSU alumni director

The Fort Hays State University Alumni Office is pleased to welcome its new alumni director, Kim (Ribelin) Cebula. A two-time FHSU grad, she brings allegiance and enthusiasm to the role.

“I’m thrilled to begin connecting with my alma mater in a new way, and I’m excited to get to know our alumni,” Kim said.

Coming to Hays

Kim first arrived in Hays as a traditional college student from eastern Kansas. She immediately called Hays home and made life-long friendships. Kim completed a bachelor’s in political science in 2003 and a master’s in public administration in 2022. Following graduation, a dedication to service and community led her to work in positions across public and non-profit sectors before returning to Fort Hays State University. Working in residential life at FHSU for the past five years, her love for Fort Hays State has only grown.

“While Kim’s knowledge and experience are a great fit for the role, it’s her passion for FHSU that will propel her to succeed,” said Jason Williby, president and CEO of the FHSU Foundation. “She has the resourcefulness and strategic focus that this position requires, and we’re excited to have her on the team.”
